Your animal companion and familiar merge, becoming one unique magical beast.

Prerequisites
Druid 5th, animal companion, Wizard 5th or Sorceror 5th, familiar, Mystic Theurge 5th, Knowledge Nature 10 ranks, Knowledge Arcana 10 ranks.

Benefit
In a ritual that lasts 24 hours and costs 10,000 gp, your animal companion and familiar become one creature. Combine all hit points, base attack bonuses, save modifiers, natural armor bonuses, and skill modifiers. The highest ability scores are chosen from both animals for the new creature. The new creature also gains all feats and special abilities of the two previous animals. The size of the new creature is the same as the animal companion. Thenceforth, the Familiar Companion follows the same hit die, BAB, and save progression as its master on a level by level basis.

Author's Note: If you combine a hawk familiar with a horse animal companion, you will get a pegasus-like creature. If you combine a frog familiar with a wolf animal companion, you are most likely insane.
