You can temporarily grant your followers the abilities of your combat feats

Prerequisites
Character level 7+, Any one Combat feat

Benefit
As a standard action you may grant any of your followers and/or cohorts within 30 feet +10 feet for every plus you have in your charisma modifier, the ability to use one of your Combat feats. The affected creatures must still meet the requirements for the chosen feat. The follower's ability to use the Combat feat lasts for one round.

Normal
Your followers never gain the ability to use your feats.
