By allowing less for defense in favor of offense you can deal extra damage to a target of your charge attack.

Prerequisites
Fighter Level 6, STR 17, Power Attack

Benefit
When making a charge you may opt to take a penalty to your AC and Combat Maneuver rolls, up to your Base Attack Bonus, to receive a bonus on your damage rolls for that same number for one round. This bonus (and penalty) stack with any and all other bonuses (and penalties) that you may also have.
